It is indeed rare that I will pen a testimonial to someone for service above and beyond what one would expect, but in this case I do with pleasure.
Buying a new home, in itself, is quite an enormous undertaking, but selling another one at virtually the same time is something that caused great trepidation as Beth and I began this process. It was by mere chance that you were the one who answered the phone when we first contacted Coldwell Banker about a property we were interested in. Little did we know at that time that this first contact would be the beginning of an unbelievably wonderful experience.
From the first time we met that next day you have worked on our behalf tirelessly. From the initial tour of the home right on through to the closing your efforts were extraordinary. You returned every phone call, kept every appointment and completed all the needed paperwork in a very timely manner.
Once that was done there never was any thought on who would represent us in the selling of our previous home. Again your prep work in putting this house on the market paid off. Truthfully, I was hoping the house would sell in four to six months. You sold it in four days and for the asking price. You diligently guided us through the contract stage, the home inspection and from that time until the closing. And even after the closing, when the buyer still had some concerns, you acted on our behalf to resolve them. That meant so much to us as technically your work was finished at the closing yet you continued to work with the goal of making all parties involved happy.
I only have two regrets. One is that I have no further properties to neither buy nor sell so we can’t get together as often as we did. The other regret I have is that you did not buy a house in our new neighborhood as you would make a fantastic neighbor.
After all is said and done I can say that not only did we buy a new house and sell an old one, but we made a true and dear friend.

The following is a list of the things I truly appreciated. Always on time for any appointment we made. Was prepared, informative and responsive to each of my concerns. Always available via emails and phone calls. Worked well with my real estate attorney in handling all the issues/questions that arose from the buyer and their realtor and attorney. Provided local references for services needed to address the home inspection items requiring attention. Went with me to the municipal building and expedited the last minute processing of the water heater permit and inspection required for closing. Most of all, he made me feel like I was his only client
